Lincoln County

Lincoln County is located in the eastern part of the state of Missouri. It's eastern border is with the state of Illinois and is formed by the Mississippi River. It's major cities are Troy, Moscow Mills, Winfield, Elsberry, Foley, Silex, Old Monroe, Hawk Point, Whiteside and Olney. The county seat is Troy. Lincoln County is home to one of the state's largest and most rugged parks, Cuivre River State Park. The parks two wild areas provide hiking, backpacking, photography and wildlife observation activities and Lake Lincoln, in the park, offers swimming, boating and fishing. There is also equestrian trails and campsites available!
